Grilled Calamari with Lemon and Herbs
- 1 lb fresh calamari, cleaned
- 2 lemons (one for juice, one for slices)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the calamari to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Grill the calamari for 2-3 minutes per side or until just cooked through and lightly charred.
- Serve immediately with lemon slices on the side.
